CHOO-IT and YO
Put a scoop or two of your uncooked CHOO-IT on your yogurt. Bananas, berries and honey really set it off!
CHOO-IT and Applesauce
Mix your CHOO-IT into applesauce for a super healthy snack.
Put your CHOO-IT and water uncovered in a microwave for 40 to 70 seconds. It will come out ready to rock and actually really creamy. (I am just personally not a microwave guy.)
Designed by my brother Trent. You put a spoonful of peanut butter in the CHOO-IT at the same time you pour in the boiling water letting it melt into the entire bowl.
Designed when I snuck a chocolate truffle into Trents peanut butter CHOO-IT. Mix a spoonful of peanut butter and a piece of chocolate into the oatmeal at the same time you pour in the boiling water. Great for a treat or prior to any cold outdoor activities.
High Octane Smoothy
Add CHOO-IT raw or cooked to any of your smoothy's or protein shakes. My favorite is Banana, vanilla protein powder, 2 scoops CHOO-IT, goat milk and pineapple. Great for a quick snack or just for breakfast on the warmer days of summer.
My friend Rob sheepishly told me he enjoys his steamed CHOO-IT with whip cream on top. Is there anything else you wanted to mention?
...a touch of brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, fresh or frozen fruit, in your baking of cookies, loafs and crusts.

2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour

Measure all ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Insert pan into the oven chamber.

If you have an interesting way of keeping CHOO-IT in your daily routine I would love to hear about it and maybe include it on the site :)
